投标人应具备的资格或业绩：

1）.投标人必须为具有独立法人资格且有生产同类设备生产能力的制造商。

2）.投标人必须具备当今世界先进、成熟、可靠的生产技术；拥有制造、安装、调试、维护等方面的专门技术人才和精良的设备。

3）投标人具有至少1例ST4500型号矿用钢丝绳芯输送带连续正常运行7年及以上的使用业绩，并提交业绩清单和业绩证明材料，业绩证明材料：合同复印件（首尾页加盖公章）或最终用户的使用良好证明文件复印件加盖公章。

1) The bidder must be equipped with independent legal qualification and production equipment manufacturers of similar production capacity

2) The bidder must be equipped with the world-class advanced, sophisticated and reliable production technology as well as the specialized technical personnel and excellent equipment of manufacture, installation, adjustment and maintenance.

3) The bidder should have at least the performance of 1 case ST4500 model for mine steel cord conveyor belt which has well-running for 7 consecutive years or more. Furthermore, the bidder should also submit the certificate of performance list and performance material including the copy of contract (with first page affixed with the official seal) or the final user's documents copy.
